3051580 - Can we use field Type instruction in Job Requisition Description Header and Footer or as token in Recruiting Email Template? - Recruiting Management

The instruction type field used in listing field for Job Requisition Internal and External [Header Footer and Description] or the "Insert Job Requisition Field" Token in Manage Recuriting Email Templates causes formatting issues.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Home > Choose Recruiting in drop down
2. Open any Job requisition
3. Navigate to one of the richText fields Internal Job Desc or External Job Desc
4. Click Update button and icon Insert Job Requisition Field, see example below:
5. A window pop up will show Field Key wherein field label is formatted like example below: 
   

OR

1. Admin Center>Manage Recruiting Email Templates
2. Click on any email template
3. Click on the "Insert Job Requisition Field" icon
4. Notice that the field with instruction type will cause formatting issues like image above

This is expected behavior due to added job requisition field type Instruction is not supported.

You should only use supported tokens to avoid any issues.
