3051635 - Unable to submit case in BYD Tenant

When you are trying to create a case, you are getting the below Error :

Your required contact details are not maintained , Your E-mail or telephone contact details are not maintained(Both are required),if you want to send a case to the provider

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Logon to BYD tenant
2. Go to Help center
3. Click on Report case
4. Enter the Details.
5. Click on Submit

Email ID and Phone Number has to be maintained

1. Logon to BYD tenant
2. Click on Business Partner Data WorkCenter
3. Navigate to Service Agents
4. Select User who is facing error.
5. Click on edit and select General.
6. Update phone number and email ID under In-House Communication tab as shown in below screenshot.

Once you update the phone number and Email ID , you will be able to submit case to SAP.
