3051635 - Unable to submit case in BYD Tenant

When you are trying to create a case, you are getting the below Error :

Your required contact details are not maintained , Your E-mail or telephone contact details are not maintained(Both are required),if you want to send a case to the provider

SAP Business ByDesign

Error sending case , update phone number, update Email ID , KBA , error while sending incident to sap , srd-cc-ci-ccs , e-mail or telephone contact details , update phone number , unable to forward incident to sap , update contact details in byd , unable to submit incident , SRD-CC-CI-CCS , ByD Service Control Center , Problem
