3051996 - Some of the application system status is not available - Recruiting Management

Some of the system status is not available in the pipeline.

Status like Requisition Closed, Hired On Other Requisition, Deleted On Demand By Candidate, Deleted On Demand By Admin, Declined DPCS and Withdrawn By Candidate are missing in the status set in the application.

For Requisition Closed and Hired On Other Requisition, be sure that main switch is enabled in Manage Recruiting Settings > Applicant Profile Settings. Check the following option:

• Automatically disposition non-selected in-progress applicants on closed requisitions to status 'Requisition Closed' 
• Automatically disposition non-selected in-progress applicants on closed requisitions to status 'Hired On Other Requisition'
  

If these options are already checked but still not showing in the pipeline, you can refresh the setting by disabling it then enable it once again.

For other status that are not showing in the pipeline, you can validate if the Visible to option is enabled to the role in Edit Applicant Status Configuration. If these options are already checked but still not showing in the pipeline, you can refresh the option by unchecking the roles and  saved then enable it once again.
