3052046 - Offboarding Task incomplete despite successfully submitting it - Onboarding/Offboarding

The reporting manager submitted the following offboarding team member task but he is still seeing the tile on his homepage: 

• Announce Termination to Co-workers
• Write Farewell Message

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to the Offboarding Dashboard as the Manager
2. Click on any one of the following tasks: Announce Termination to Co-workers and Write Farewell Message
3. Click on Submit, you will receive a success message
4. Click on the Offboarding Dashboard again and the task would reappear despite completing it previously

The Error occurred because the scheduled date cannot be null, empty or in past.

Set the date to a future date and complete the task 

Alternatively, based on the number of days configured in the rule "Configure the Period to Close and Archive Onboarding or Offboarding Processes and Tasks (ONB2ProcessCloseConfigRule)", the task will get auto-archived
