Can we generate documents on current inactive employees via mass generate document tool?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Document Generation
Cause
As confirmed with product management, the 'As of date' is not considered while picking the users for whom mass generation needs to be triggered as inactive users are not supported in mass generation.
Resolution
Please post an idea in the idea portal as per KBA-2090228 for the product management to consider enhancing the functionality in upcoming releases.
