3052111 - In MEK1 authorizations not checked if ALV view used

Symptom

At transaction MEK1, once you run the selection then the basic list view appears, which shows certain findings which is controled by authorization check (even custom) as FM SD_COND_AUTH_CHECK runs to do such checks, but if you switch from the list view to the ALV view (and doubleclick on material info record), then both more findings are appearing because FM SD_COND_AUTH_CHECK is no longer called, hence no such authorization checked to control resulted findings.
