3052152 - [ONB] Manager Not able to Sign the Document

When the Manager tries to access the Complete e-Signing of the Employee documents tile an error is thrown:

An error occurred. Please contact your system administrator.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as the Hiring Manager assigned to complete the e signature of the employee documents

2. Click on the Complete e-Signing of the Employee documents tile

3. An error is thrown:

   An error occurred. Please contact your system administrator.

1. The Manager does not have the access to the required category. In the maintain onboarding and offboarding document template when you check for the category. These category permissions need to be provided for the hiring manager.

1. Go to manage permission role

2. Check for the role that Hiring manager is a part of

3. click on permissions

4. Go to Onboarding or Offboarding permission

5. Under Document category access Please make sure the manager has access to the category that is defined in the maintain onboarding and offboarding document template  page for that particular form.
