3052332 - Candidate does not appear in the dashboard after initiating Onboarding from Recruiting - Onboarding

Candidate who had ONB initiated in Recruiting has not arrived in Onboarding dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate Onboarding for a candidate in Recruiting. No error is shown.
2. Look for the candidate's process in Onboarding's dashboard, candidate does not appear.

Currently there might be multiple reasons for this issue.

One possible reason is regarding a invalid value passed for paycompvalue field.

Please raise an case for support investigate and/confirm the reason.
