3052359 - How to pass special characters via URL query string in Http Adapter in a CPI iFlow

Symptom

When using Http Adapter in a CPI iFlow the parameters to be sent to the Http Target are specified in Query Field. Using some special characters as parameter name or value can result into error during saving the iFlow or processing the request. The parameters with special values need to be URL encoded
