3052404 - Document category is greyed out on Manage document

When access the Manage document the filter Document Category is greyd out or no selectable.

To reproduce the issue:

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Search by Document Manage Document
3. Try to fiter the Document Category. You will see that this option will be greyed out

This filter is only enabled if Document Owner and Entity type are selected

Before to try to filter the Document Category, you need to select any data inside the fields: Document Owner and Entity type
