3052437 - Values blank on report - Recruiting Management

When I report on some information on the Recruiting module, a couple of values are blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create a report starting from Job Requisition;
2. Select a couple of other fields from the system;
3. Notice that a couple of values are coming blank:
   

This is cause by the domain where the data is coming from.

On this example, we have three different domains where the Data is being pulled out from:

1. Job Requisition;
2. Job Application;
3. Offer Detail;

As see on the Replication Steps, the screenshot shows values missing from the Application and from the Offer, and the reason for that is: A requisition can have none or multiple applications, this would result in blank lines showing on the application fields selected, or multiple rows in case more than one application exists. The same thing apply for offers, an application can have more than no offers, or multiple ones, and the same thing would happen on this case.

This is why we have fields empty and on some other cases, information repeating itself, as this is how the relationship of the data is built.
