3052485 - OTF module: Unknown print control SF100 in the output

Symptom

When printing a SAPscript or a SmartForm spool, the output request has status "Completed (problem)".

The output request log shows the error "OTF module: Unknown print control xxxxx in the output". xxxxx stands for the name of the print control, for example: SF100.
