3052534 - Seek's job postings do not display templates - Recruiting Posting

Symptom

Jobs posted to Seek via SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting do not display or apply the job ad template.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Cause

Since March 2021, Seek has retired Job ad templates across Australia and New Zealand, and they are no longer available for use.

Resolution

The following information has been provided by Seek:

  • From March 1, 2021, templates will no longer be available for hires when a new job ad is posted via SEEK or Recruitment Software. Templates will continue to be visible for job ads posted prior to this date. 
  • From March 31, 2021, templates will no longer be visible for any SEEK job ad regardless of the date it was posted.
