Symptom

Steps for adding an image to Products and Competitor Products.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

For Products:

  1. Go to the Products work centre.
  2. Go to the Product Administration view.
  3. Open the relevant product.
  4. Click More > Change Image.
  5. Upload the relevant image and save.

For Competitor Products:

  1. Go to the Competitors work centre.
  2. Go to the Competitor Products view.
  3. Open the relevant product.
  4. Click More > Change Image.
  5. Upload the relevant image and save.
