3052845 - Congratulatory message in Latest Goal Management after not completing the action of adding LMS course

When users in Latest Goal Management, Development tab click “Add Learning” but don’t add any LMS courses, just close the catalog box, the system still shows them the congratulatory message, indicating they added a LMS course.

1. Go to Latest Goal Management (UXR);
2. Click Development Goal;
3. Add Learning;
4. Don't add any LMS item, just close pop up;
5. It will pop up the message "Your learning resource has been added":
   
   
   
   
6. Same message is displayed when users add a LMS item.

This is an expected behavior when adding Learning items in UXR Development Plan.

It is currently not possible to change this logic, as this message is a result of BizX and LMS communication, the UI cannot identify the action performed by the user - if LMS items were added and how many.
