3052872 - Server using SSL connections has performance issues - SAP ASE

• When running a single session a query takes 11 seconds
• When running 100's of parallel sessions the same queries take over an hour.
• There are no errors in the ASE log - and no blocking on the queries.
• Running a query on the MDA table, monSysWaits and  WaitEventID=657 shows an increase in waitTime:
