3052880 - Exception when trying to assign curricula

When trying to assign curricula via assignment profile, manage assignments or via manual assignments, scheduling the job to do it, exceptions are being seen:

• Caused by: com.plateausystems.elms.util.helper.ElmsCreateException: Exception adding the batch of stud qual's
• Exception::SQLException303: invalid DATE, TIME or TIMESTAMP value.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

In the Learning admin side > System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Make sure the “Curriculum Basis Date” field is filled out

The curricula that is being tried to be assigned needs to be reviewed too. Verify if there is any course that is calendar based and, if so, make sure the “Basis Date” has a value, because whenever the “Initial Basis” or the “Retraining Basis” is calendar based that is required.
