Symptom

Installation of an SAP system on SQL Server AlwaysOn failed when Configure additional Always On Node with SWPM:

         [sapinst.log]

         Error 1722 (The RPC server is unavailable.) in execution of a 'AtlGetSecurityDescriptor' function, line (1263),
         with parameter (Error in getting security descriptor for '<Listener Name>\<Instance Name>' NT service).
