Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Form with an embedded Captcha element
- Publish the form or embed the form into a landing page
- Access the form or landing page and submit some data
- Observe a technical error
The CUAN_CONTENT_PAGE_RESULT_SRV request fails with the following response:
{"error":{"code":"SY/530","message":{"lang":"en","value":"An exception was raised"}
Cause
There was a change of the underlying Root CA certificate. This was changed from 'GlobalSign' to 'GlobalSign Root CA'.
Resolution
Update the new 'GlobalSign Root CA' into the Trust List by performing the following steps:
- Download the 'GlobalSign Root CA' certificate from Google Admin Console.
- Upload the 'GlobalSign Root CA' certificate to the Maintain Certificate Trust List app.
Verify that the new certificate is working by performing a connection test of the underlying communication arrangement created for communication scenario SAP_COM_0584:
The connection test should result in a successful ping:
In case the Root CA certificate, the ping will result in a error as 'SSL certificate not trusted (ICM_HTTP_SSL_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED)'.
