3053195 - Migration Cockpit: "Error during template creation; Metadata for column XY at position XY missing"

While trying to download from the Migration Cockpit a previously transferred template, there is an error raised:

"Error during template creation; Metadata for column XY at position XY missing"

The file with "Finished" cannot be downloaded because of regular content updates. Once content update (if the given object is changed by the quarterly upgrade) is done the file cannot be downloaded.
Content update may or may not happens after each quarterly release

Migration cockpit saves file contents only, but not the actual file. Post content update the migration objects structure is changed and the previous xml files cannot be downloaded due to different metadata.
