3053385 - Rehire Verification Tile Error – Onboarding

An error appears when accessing the Rehire Verification tile:

• Error while getting todo for user: “” for category id “”

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to the Rehire Verification tile.
2. The above error appears when fetching task for the user.

The candidate is already hired in the system.

1. Raise a support ticket so the application ID can be checked from the error logs.
2. Once the application ID is available, go to Manage Data -> Process Trigger
3. Paste the application ID.
4. Confirm if the candidate has already been hired manually via EC.
5. If so, follow these steps:
   1. Go to BPE: Manage User Tasks
   2. Filter using the Task ID
   3. Click Complete Task button
