Error while getting todo for user : “” for category id “”

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Go to Rehire Verification tile
2. Error while getting todo for user: “*” for category id “*”

Candidate is already hired in the system.

Please raise support ticket so we can check the application ID from the error logs.
Once application id is available, please go to Manage Data >> Process Trigger >> then paste the application ID.

Confirm with customer is the candidate already hired manually via EC. If already hired, please follow the same steps below:

1. Go to BPE: Manage User Tasks

2. Filter using Tasks ID

3. Then click Complete Task button.
