3053388 - Cannot maintain MRP Controller description in two languages, the translation function is deactivated

Symptom

In MRP configuration T-code: OMD0, the MRP controller name need to be maintained in other language, 
but the option in More-> Goto-> Translation is grayed out.
How to maintain the name in other language? or How to activate the translation field?
