3053400 - MD04: MRP area is not visible in F4-help or Intra-plant view.

Symptom

A Storage location or Subcontracting MRP Area has been assigned to a material.
However,
1. In T-code MD04 clicking F4-help, the corresponding MRP Area is not visible.
2. In T-code MD04, the Intra-plant/cross-plant view is not available.
3. In Fiori app like F2101A - Monitor Material Coverage and F0251A - Manage Material Coverage, the MRP Area is not visible.
