3053412 - 0FI_GL_61 extraction failed with error "Fiscal year variant ** is not defined for calendar year ****"

Symptom

When testing data extraction in RSA3 or running infopackage/DTP in BW for datasource 0FI_GL_61, field CLCDAT is filled with date value and then there is an error in SLG1 in source system.

"Fiscal year variant [AA] is not defined for calendar year [1234]

FGV002"

Even though Fiscal year variant  AA is not "Year depended"  in OB29.
