When trying to sign a performance form, receive an error:

900-001-6 Your request has not being processed. Please try again.

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Home dropdown > Performance
3. Select a performance form
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the form and send it to the next step
5. Receive error

Attribute permissions have not been granted for Growth Portfolio

In order to correct this scenario, please grant "View" permissions for Growth portfolio elements as below:

1. Go to "Manage permission roles";
2. On the right top corner click on "Switch to the Latest Role-Based Permissions";
3. Select the affected role;
4. Click to "edit" the role;
5. Click on "next";
6. Under "User Permission" select the permission to Growth Portfolio;
7. Grant "View" permission for Attribute, Attribute Type, Growth Portfolio †, Proficiency Level Scale and Tag
