How to remove permissions for the 'Data Collection Status' option in the Actions menu for candidates in the Onboarding dashboard. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. Open the Onboarding dashboard. 
2. For the required candidate, select 'View Details'.  
3. Select the 'Actions' dropdown. 
4. 'Data Collection Status' option is displayed. 

Thought This is not required as you don't use this step.

It is not possible to remove access to the 'Data Collection Status' option in the original Onboarding dashboard. Even though you haven't used.

The 'Data Collection Status' option can be removed in the Onboarding dashboard (new). To remove this option, remove the permission 'Show Data Collection Status on the Dashboard' for the required permission role.
