3053540 - How to select the status of declaration in app "Manage Input VAT Declaration - China"?

There are two fields named "Ready for Declaration" and "Not Ready for Declaration" tab under "Declaration" in app Manage Input VAT Declaration - China, what's the criteria to list the item in the two fields?

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Open app Manage Input VAT Declaration - China and there are two fields named "Ready for Declaration" and "Not Ready for Declaration" under "Declaration"

"Ready for Declaration" has three conditions.

• Processing Status is Sign-off
• Have related document and it has been post
• GT Status is normal
  

All of the three conditions above need to be met in order to set the status as "Ready for Declaration".
