You are facing error message from below screenshot on Windows app login page, however iPad, Smartphone is working properly.
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer.
Reproducing the Issue
- On login page.
- Enter the URL.
- Error will be displayed.
Cause
This issue is due to extra / (slash) at the end of the system URL.
Resolution
On Apps you do not need to add the extra / at the end of the URL. You can avoid the error by closing the app, if already open and enter the URL without / on the end.
