3053937 - Message popup is not showing during Customer Data Collection step - Onboarding

Set a rule to show message popup during Customer Data Collection step but it is not working.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. External user visibility should be yes in Message Definition.
2. Currently we only support Error Severity message popups on the validation of custom objects in Customer Data Collection step.

1. Update external user visibility to yes in Message Definition.
2. Customers need to modify their rule to only raise Error Severity messages. Or they have to write more instructions to the UI instead of message popups.
