3054218 - Order Reduction does not work with open Warehouse Task

A customer cancels its order partially for an SAP Extended Warehouse Management related delivery. The SD (Sales and Distribution) department starts the Order Reduction process by changing the Item quantity in the Sales Order (transaction VA02). System sends the change request to EWM to reduce the delivery quantity. There is already an open Warehouse Tasks for the original requested quantity, which should be cancelled by this change request, then the delivery quantity should be reduced. The change request (/SCWM/OBDLV_CHNG_QUAN_MUL) is processed in EWM without any errors, but the delivery remains unchanged.
