Symptom

What it does mean the message "Add a meeting that the user will find helpful. Note: mandatory meetings cannot be removed" as shown in the attachment" in scheduled meetings task.

How can I add mandatory meetings?

Resolution

Mandatory tasks are defined in the Onboarding / Offboarding tasks configuration. You can define a meeting as required in the schedule meetings  settings, available in Admin Center > Manage Onboarding and Offboarding tasks > Program Name > Schedule Meetings task.
