3054251 - Button "Immediately Deletable on Person Request" Doesn't Enable Immediate Deletion of Data

For a Retention Group, you select 'Immediately deletable on person request' in the Business Document Deletion – Retention Periods for Business Documents activity in Business Configuration work center. You expect that this enables an immediate deletion of the documents included in this Retention Group. But after completion of the next Business Document Deletion Run in Information Lifecycle Management, the related documents aren't deleted.

Selecting 'Immediately deletable on person request'  will not automatically enable the deletion of related documents within the next Business Document Deletion Run. But as soon as  required preconditions (like completed retention periods of the whole process) are met, these documents can be included in Disclosed List to Delete Disclosed Data in the Business Partners view in Information Lifecycle Management work center.
