3054327 - Error when trying to access new hire paperwork portal - OnMenuItemDataBound - Onboarding 1.0

• Candidates try to log in with NES link to access Employee Portal, but error is received.

  ERROR MESSAGE:

  "Sorry, something went wrong

  The event handler 'OnMenuItemDataBound' is not allowed in this page."

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - DC 4 and DC 10

1. Candidate receives the Welcome Letter' link to complete the paperwork.
2. The candidate clicks on the link directing to Employee Portal page.
3. The error is received.

• This is a known issue and the the internal team is still trying to identify the root cause.
• Data Center specific issue, where mostly customers in DC 4 and DC 10 have encountered the same error.

Ask the candidates to clear their browser history cache and try to access the page again. The error should disappear.
