How to enable Emergency Contact Information section on Dependent Information Portlet when Address Info portlet is disabled?

Resolution

Emergency Contact portlet has been associated with Address Information portlet.

We cannot have an emergency contact portlet configured on Dependent Information portlet without having Address Information portlet enabled.
