Newly created Work Order records not in sync with Job Information records

Reproducing the Issue
When creating a new records in Work Order portlet for contingent workers, these records does not get synced to Job Information Portlet. That leads employees to turn inactive even though there is a valid work order records maintained.
Replication Steps:
1) Access to user CW users profile
2) Take Action -> New Work Order
3) New Work order created
4) New Work order dates not reflected in Job

Resolution
If you need to add a new work order information for contingent workers when they are serving the current workorder period, you will have to follow the below steps
1) Access to user CW users profile
2) Take Action -> New Work Order
3) New Work order created
4) Add Job Information records associated with the new Work Order information manually (Via UI or Job Information Import)
