3055055 - Fields missing in Canvas - Advanced reporting

Not able to report on certain fields in Canvas - Advanced reporting as the fields are not available.

• Create a report in Canvas - Advanced reporting.
• Search for the a particular field in query designer.
• Certain fields are missing - not available for reporting.

1. The field config should be present in the 'Manage Business Configuration' for HRIS fields, and 'configure object definitions' for custom MDF objects.
2. For a field to appear in advanced reporting, at least one employee should have data in the system for that field.
   

It is an expected behavior.

To make the column available in the Advanced report, please do the following.

1. Field configuration should be present in the 'Manage Business Configuration' for HRIS fields, and in 'configure object definitions' for custom MDF objects.
2. Please make sure that at least one employee should have data in the system for that field.

If the field is present in the config and data is also maintained for that field for, but still field is not showing in Advanced reporting, then a metadata cache purge needs to be done which will allow the config change to appear in advanced reporting.
