3055192 - Date of Hire blank for Wisconsin candidates (State Withholding Form TW-4) - Onboarding

Employees are not able to complete the state of Wisconsin tax forms W4 in the system as the Date of Hire field is not populating and it is a required field.  The Date of Hire is not an editable field, hence the candidate cannot proceed further.

Permission missing for OnboardingExternalUser role

Verified that when the same URL is accessed by the admin, hire date value is populating on the field. So this seems to be an issue with the permission for the external user.

Please enable the permission as below:

Manage Permission Roles -> OnboardingExternalUser -> Permissions -> Employee Data -> Current Hire Date.
