Reproducing the Issue
App: Manage Purchasing Info Records
Search for the PIR and navigate to the Conditions tab
"No data found"
Cause
This app doesn't support this view and the relevant (CDS View I_PurInfCndHelpr).
Resolution
Use 'Change Purchasing Info Record' app.
