3055229 - For JDBC connections, Is it possible to set the Database Hostname and port in the SBO file?

For JDBC connections, Is it possible to set the Database Hostname and port in the SBO file instead of adding it ?
IDT is not getting the right DB hostname and port number set in the sbo file.
