3055340 - Matrix Grid Report - Users Cannot Export File

When a user selects the option to export the Matrix Grid Report no file is generated.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

1. Go to the Matrix Grid Report.

2. Generate the Matrix Grid for the selected population.

3. Select the export option.

4. No file is generated or downloaded.

Note: This issue may only occur in some specific languages in your system.

If your system includes Succession and you plan to export Matrix Grid Reports, avoid text replacement labels that include a forward slash “/”,.

Examples: German lanauge might be configured to use “Mitarbeiter/in” for "Employees" via Text Replacement.

The export function for the Matrix Grid Reports cannot process that special character.
