3055364 - Empty Error When Creating a Capabilities Library in Center of Capabilities

Creating a capabilities library gets an error with no text or message and the library is not created.

SAP SuccessFactors Center of Capabilities

1. Go to the Admin Center
2. Choose Manage Center of Capabilities
3. Then the Capabilities Library tab
4. Add a Library with new library details
5. Save
6. Notice the error with no visible message

Contact your Implementation Partner or Product Support to run the MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC job from Provisioning.

Customers has the possibility to directly run this job from the Admin Center, however the prerequisite is that it was previously created at least once from Provisioning. For more information, please check the KB Article 2534674.
