3055448 - How to analyze balance difference in Special Flow after RoU asset transfer

Perform a RoU asset transfer in a contract by referring to note 2544232, after all the steps are done, when checking valuation, there is a special flow named 'Equity Posting' (Equity Reduction for below sample) like below screenshot. You want to know how the special flow generated and how to analyze the calculation of the amount.
