3055617 - How to distinguish users with same name when doing peer search -Learning

There are users who have the same First name and Last name.
When doing peer searching, for example, searching users when recommending item or searching users when instructors record learning history in my class tab, multiple users appear with the same name and it is hard to distinguish them.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to learning plan
2. Recommend an item to peers
3. Search peer's name in search bar

You could add an additional identifier to distinguish the users with same names.

Please kindly navigate to "System Administration>Configuration>System Configuration>SEARCH" in LMS admin page.

And change the configuration of additionalIdentifierDisplayedInUserSearch to personExternalID or organization or emailAddress.

There are three available identifiers which you could choose the one you prefer.

An example for the view of user's name with ID will be the following:
