3055667 - java.lang.NullPointerException is thrown during creating bean backofficeWarmUpTypeFacadeCaches

Symptom

The backoffice page is blank or incomplete. The backofficeWarmUpTypeFacadeCaches bean cannot be created because NullPointerException occurs during its initialization.

Following error can be found in application logs:
