3055705 - Learning (LMS) Data Available for Story Reports

As we’ve highlighted in our Roadmap for 1H 2021, we are providing the ability to access Learning data in Story Reports.  Here is more information on the data that will be available:

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

There are 3 different scenarios for which a customer will be hoping to use Learning (LMS) data in Story Reports. 

Customer having BizX Stories enabled and LMS linked to BizX	Customer having BizX and LMS but has not enabled Stories	Customer having BizX Stories enabled but implements LMS later on (after roll out)
No action to perform.  Learning Schema will be enabled from backend on roll out day.	When they run the Upgrade Centre task, they will be upgraded for both BizX and LMS. This is a post roll out scenario.	Global job in provisioning to be run for this customer by Partner / Support Provisioning > select the customer instance > Navigate to “Configurations for Story Reports” > Run “Enable SAC in LMS” You could monitor the log under "Monitor Jobs" > Job Type "Configuration Job for Story report".

Known Issues with Accessing Learning (LMS) data in Story Reports after enablement

Person GUID sync – If the Person GUID for a user is not synced from BizX to LMS, then the user will not be able to access stories for learning for the first time. The user will be synced in the background which might take few minutes. The next time the user tries accessing the learning connection in PA, it should work for them.
