Symptom

  • In Lumira Discovery, when validating the SSL enabled Restful URL  "https://<hostname>:<https port>/biprws", the error below appears: "Unable to connect to the BI Platform. Check your connection settings"
  • Error: "Unable to connect to the BI Platform. Check your connection settings" when logging to Lumira Discovery using a valid Restful HTTPS URL.
