SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. Navigate to Home dropdown > Continuous Performance
2. Select Create Activity and enter details in the fields
3. Click Save
4. Receive error

An Activity Status has not been selected as "Default"

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Continuous Performance Management Configuration
2. Under the Activity Status Label section, select one of the Activity statuses as "Default" by selecting the radio button beside it
