Is multi-selection (mfield) field with parent and child picklist mapping supported in Career site internal and externa filter?

Unable to load child picklist in career site.

This is a system limitation based the current system design. You can raise this as an idea in our Influence site. See KBA 2090228

The cascading multi-select picklist fields (mfield) are rendered as single field with child options in Job Requisition detail page. The child value will show when you expand the parent value.

However in Career site, these fields will show as independent field.

Note: On the career site, search filters for internal and external applicant search settings will allow users to select multiple values, this is as per design and this is the expected behaviour regardless of whether the field is defined as mfield or multi-select="true", the fields will allow users to select multiple values by default.
