Symptom
- sap_failover failed on task, Deactivate the ASE
- sap_status task shows:

HADRDeactivateASE Failing Command Error Message Failed to deactivate ASE 'hostname.domain.com:4901' because timeout occurred waiting for the source to be deactivate. - Primary ASE errorlog shows:
kernel Deactivation failed due to 6 active transactions.
kernel Server deactivation failed. Resetting HADR state back to ACTIVE.
