3055943 - Is it possible to add Job Information to "Useful Contacts" - Onboarding

Customer would like to add Job Information of the Manager in Useful Contacts

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as the Onboardee

2. Click on the Useful Contacts Tile

3. Check the information of the users in Useful Contacts

Information provided in Useful Contacts is currently limited.

Adding other information such as Job information is currently not possible due to that Onboardee is still considered an External User.

Once he became an employee and comes under Org Chart, he can now view the details of peers if correct RBP is provided.
